At Rayne Black, we take pride in the quality of our products. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

No Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Return or exchange requests must be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With original tags intact

  • In original packaging

  • Free from stains, odour, perfume/deodorant marks, damage, or alterations

Items failing quality checks will not be eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • All return and exchange requests must be placed through our website within 7 days of delivery.

  • You will be required to select the order and item(s) and provide a reason for return or exchange.

  • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, supporting photos may be required.

Once the request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be shared.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by Rayne Black, subject to serviceability of your pincode.

  • If reverse pickup is not available, we may request you to self-ship the product, and we will guide you accordingly.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please raise a return or exchange request through the website within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting images.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable, at no additional cost.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size or variant is unavailable, you may choose an alternate product or opt for a refund.

  • Exchange requests are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.

Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes quality inspection.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment source.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be requested to provide bank account or UPI details for refund processing.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days from approval (bank processing times may vary).

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable

  • Gift cards

  • Products returned in used, washed, damaged condition or without tags/packaging
