  • Estimated delivery timelines are 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

  • All shipping charges are borne by Rayne Black.

  • Any shipping-related offers or conditions, if applicable, will be communicated clearly on the website.

Shipping Address & Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and pin code entered at checkout are accurate and complete.

  • Rayne Black is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery will be attempted as per the courier partner’s policy.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared so you can monitor the delivery status.

  • For any issues with tracking updates, please allow some time for the courier system to refresh.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • While we work closely with our courier partners, Rayne Black is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier partner and provide a resolution in line with applicable policies.

Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery.

  • If the package is accepted and later found to be damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rayneblack.com, along with relevant images.

  • All such cases will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.
